What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a gentle practice where you hold passive poses for 2 to 5 minutes. It helps your body open, softens deep tissues, and brings deep relaxation to the mind. It’s accessible to everyone. If you have special needs or a physical condition, please contact your teacher, Marie, beforehand.

Stress, busy “yang” lifestyles, back issues, lack of flexibility, or intense physical training.
